Sullivan Prosecutors Request Mental Health Evaluation Of Former Sheriff
" CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) – Prosecutors in the case of former Arapahoe County Sheriff Patrick J. Sullivan have formally asked a judge to order Sullivan to undergo a mental health offense specific evaluation saying “more therapeutic information about the defendant is required” for the probation department to properly supervise Sullivan.

The new motion was filed this week and obtained by CBS4.

The former sheriff pleaded guilty in April to possession of a controlled substance and prostitution/solicitation and was sentenced to two years probation and 30 days in jail "
