Eyewitness Identification Under Review In Colorado
" DENVER (AP) – Colorado is poised to become the 12th state to overhaul procedures for eyewitness identifications in criminal prosecutions.

A Senate committee voted 5-0 Monday to require a new statewide standard for gathering evidence from eyewitnesses.

Colorado prosecutors, police and defense attorneys all agreed that Colorado should follow 11 states that upgraded witness ID protocols in recent years.
