Idea To Change Allocation Of Colorado House Seats Dropped
" DENVER (AP) – Organizers of a ballot proposal to change how seats are apportioned in the Colorado House have dropped the idea because of a lack of signatures.

The group “Restoring Colorado” announced Monday that the goal of getting 86,105 signatures to put the question on the November ballot was unattainable. They had 26 more days to collect signatures.
